Shipping, Exchanges & Returns
We prepare your order within 48 business hours after you place it. Shipping fees are as follows:
Free delivery with Mondial Relay and Colissimo in mainland France for orders over €100
€4.90 for Mondial Relay and €9 for Colissimo for orders under €100
For other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout
If you want to exchange a product for any reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns for EXCHANGES ONLY from mainland France within 30 days of your purchase.
How does it work?
Send us an email at hello@wilma.cc with your order number in the subject line
We’ll email you a shipping label to send the item back to us
Once we receive your item, within 48 business hours we’ll send you the new product
Additional information:
Items must be returned with their tags and in their original packaging
Returned items must show no signs of wear and must not have been worn
Return shipping costs are covered once only from mainland France for exchange requests, but remain your responsibility for refunds
For exchanges under €100, shipping fees for the new item are at your expense (€4.90 for Mondial Relay, €9 for Colissimo)
For exchanges over €100, Wilma covers the shipping fees
If a shipment or return is lost, we are insured. We will contact the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost, we will resend your order at our expense
Gift cards are non-refundable
