Autumn is here, a season that we love at Wilma's because the landscapes in the middle of nature are breathtakingly colorful, we start drinking good teas again and we start thinking about Christmas ūüćāūüćĀ
To take advantage of this change of season, we wanted to introduce you to some brands that we particularly like and we hope that you will find them useful.

It is a story of family, kitchens and encounters, of French producers, of carefully chosen lands, of recipes thought out and created with love. This is Miyam's story. Often in movies, beautiful stories end around a big table, with tinkling glasses and children's laughter. At Miyam's house, that's where it started, in Granny Alice's kitchen. From this heritage was born the enchanted Miyam market where good food is just a pretext to open up to the world.
If you live in Paris, you can find them at 82 rue Beaubourg, in the 3rd arrondissement. You will find everything you need to prepare crazy recipes, they have also developed their own range with all the advice to associate well for those who don't have time (or don't like) to cook.
Personally, I am an unconditional fan of their AMLOU spread and their ALICE tomato sauce.

I met Eleonora, the co-founder of ELEMAT last year through a mutual acquaintance. This passionate sportswoman is a breath of fresh air, positive and illuminates with her smile. A real joy. A recurring entrepreneur, she decided to create ELEMAT to respond to the lack of a range of recovery treatments after exercise.
I tested their complete range and I must say that the smell is just divine, a real pleasure.
With the help of French laboratories specializing in body care, they have developed a range of healthy and effective products for all athletes, whatever their discipline, level of commitment and playing field.
