By getting yourself a pair of menstrual cycling shorts, you're helping to promote responsible consumption. Traditional menstrual products create tons of toxic waste that harm both your health and our planet.

Our pad's fabric is biodegradable, super soft, really breathable, and easy to care for. It's made with Amni Soul Eco®, a next-gen yarn created using an eco-friendly process. Like other biodegradable materials, e-go can break down in about 5 years under certain environmental conditions, turning into organic matter (biomass and biogas). A similar virgin synthetic fabric can take decades to break down. It feels incredibly soft to the touch, and it stays that way even when you're pushing hard. Thanks to its natural yarn, it offers amazing breathability and dries much faster than standard fabric.

If you wear your shorts during your period, we recommend rinsing the pad under cold water first to get rid of any excess flow.

Then, just toss your shorts in the washing machine as usual, at 30°C. No tumble drying, and don't use fabric softener.

To make your shorts last even longer, we suggest washing them in a laundry bag.
