Top-notch comfort for my first 120-km ride. Since I was between sizes, I went with the larger one and have no regrets. Even though the straps are flexible, the shorts stay in place. I took a fall in the peloton, but there were no holes or tears. I’ll have to test them during my period when my skin might be more sensitive. Otherwise, kudos on this product—it’s absolutely fantastic!

I tested them on an 8-day, 600-km spring trip, alternating between these and a pair of old, worn-out cycling shorts from a budget brand. Verdict: there’s no contest!!! When I bought them, I’d spent a long time debating whether to get the strapless version, which might be better suited for bike travel. But I chose the straps—I’ll admit, purely for style! And I don’t regret it! Not only are they comfortable, but I feel great in them! And the detachable strap system works really well for bathroom breaks (tested with both a zippered jersey and a regular T-shirt).
As for sizing: I usually wear a S/M or size 38 in other brands, and I was really torn between a S and an M. The size guide suggested an M, but after reading other reviews, I was worried that the straps might be too long in an M (they’re elastic but not adjustable)—I’m 1.62 meters tall. So I went with an S. When I put it on for the first time, I was afraid I’d made a mistake. The overall fit was great, but it felt very tight around my upper thighs (my thigh circumference is 55 cm at the widest point). Since I didn’t have much experience with cycling shorts before, I decided to give this size a try anyway. After 8 days of traveling, I got used to that “snug” feeling, and I appreciate that the shorts fit snugly against my skin and cause absolutely no chafing. I usually get irritation (like ingrown hairs) in my groin creases, but I hardly had any on this trip—I think thanks to the great Wilma pad. I haven’t tested them during my period yet, so I can’t comment on that aspect just yet. In short, I’m thrilled with these new cycling shorts, and I plan to buy a second pair so I can alternate them on trips!
P.S.: For those of you who, like me before, used to wear underwear under the cycling shorts, I can confirm that the shorts really work best when worn WITHOUT underwear :)

These cycling shorts are super comfortable! They stay in place well and are super lightweight; sweat dries quickly, and they don't constrict your thighs.
The removable straps on the back are handy for using the restroom during a ride without having to take everything off.

I’ve been taking road cycling more seriously this year and am training for a race. Because of that, I’m doing 2 to 3 training sessions a week, and I decided to invest a little more in a pair of cycling shorts, which hadn’t been very comfortable up until now. I have to say that with these shorts, it’s a whole new experience. The fabric is super comfortable to wear, even on long rides! I highly recommend them 🤩 They fit my body perfectly without being too tight (my main issue was around my thighs, where the elastic used to be too tight). The magnetic system on the back strap is really great. I no longer have to go through the hassle of taking off my jersey and the straps on the cycling shorts.
