To pick the right size for your women's sportswear (cycling, running, trail), it's super important to go by your actual measurements, not just your usual size.

Grab a flexible tape measure and check these out:

1. Bust

Around the fullest part, don't pull it tight.

2. Waist

Around the slimmest part of your natural waist.

3. Hips

Around the widest part of your hips.

Measure yourself in your underwear, standing up, breathing normally.
