SHIPPING POLICY
We’ll ship your package within 48 business hours of your order. Shipping costs are:
- Free shipping via Mondial Relay and Colissimo in mainland France on orders over €100
- €4.90 for Mondial Relay shipping and €9 for Colissimo shipping on all orders under €100
- For other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout

How does it work?
If you'd like to exchange a product for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for EXCHANGES ONLY from mainland Francewithin 30 days of your purchase.
To make returns easier,you can submit your request in just a few minutesusing an online form:

We offer free exchanges if you’d like to change the size, color, or product (via a store credit).
To request an exchange, please have yourorder numberand theemail address you used to place your order ready. Then go to the link below:
Fill out the form and you will receive a shipping label to send your package back to us. To ensure your complete satisfaction—and because we carefully consider each of your requests to improve our products and their presentation—the comment field is required. Depending on the nature of your return, we ask that you:
- If you have asizing issue(too small or too large): Please provide your measurements, including height, bust, usual size, and hip circumference.
- Regarding anissue with style, color, orconsistency with the website: Your expectations or what you hoped the product would be, which did not meet your expectations
- For adefect: Please provide as much detail as possible about the defect you found, along with photos or videos.
Please note: Exchange requests are only accepted for changes in size or color. If you would like to exchange an item for another product in the collection, you will need to select the "Store Credit" option and place a new order.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and let you know whether we have approved or denied your exchange request.
If your request is approved, your exchange will be processed, and your new item will be delivered to you within ten business days.
Exchanges and credit notes are available.
2 / Refunds
We offer you the option to request a refund within 30 days of placing your order. If you request a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
To request a refund, please have yourorder numberand theemail address you used to place your order ready. Then go to the link below:
Fill out the form and you will then receive a prepaid label.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of our decision regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within ten business days. Any shipping costs paid (if applicable) when you placed your order are also included in the refund.
In the event of a refund,the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A flat-rate processing fee (as shown in the fee schedule below) will bededucted from your refund.
Some additional information:
- Items must be returned with their tags attached and in their original packaging
- Returned items must show no signs of wear and must not have been worn.
- Return shipping is free once from mainland France for exchange requests, but you are responsible for the shipping costs for refund requests.
- If you're exchanging an item for one worth less than €100, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item (€4.90 for Mondial Relay shipping, €9 for Colissimo shipping)
- For exchanges totaling more than €100, Wilma will cover the shipping costs
- If a shipment or return is lost, we are insured. We will contact the carrier, and if the package is officially reported as lost, we will reship your order at our expense.
- Gift cards are non-refundable
