1. What is Bloody Queen® menstrual technology?

Bloody Queen® technology is a global innovation conceived and developed by Wilma: a chamois that absorbs the equivalent of ~2 tampons, built into ALL of our cycling shorts. It lets you ride freely even during your period, without any extra protection or discomfort. This means you can wear your cycling shorts all year round (just like a regular pair), and during your period, you no longer need to use a menstrual cup or a tampon.

2. How should I wash my cycling shorts if I wear them during my period?

With Bloody Queen® technology, it's very simple

• Rinse with cold water and squeeze out the excess flux,

• Machine wash at 30°C,

• Do not tumble dry to maintain absorbency.
  These practices help extend the life of your menstrual pad and your clothes.

3. How do I choose the right size for Wilma?

Our clothing, particularly our cycling shorts and tights, is designed specifically for women’s body types. You can use your usual ready-to-wear size as a guide. 4. Can I use cycling shorts with Bloody Queen® technology for urinary incontinence?

Yes, they can be used for light urinary leakage, but it is not recommended to wear them with other traditional menstrual products (such as pads or panty liners).

5. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship throughoutEurope and Switzerland. Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically adjusted based on the country at checkout.

6. What are the shipping costs, delivery times, and delivery options?

• Free shipping in mainland France via Mondial Relay with no minimum purchase, or via Colissimo for orders of €120 or more.

• Orders are shipped within 48 business hours.

• 30-day return policy for exchanges or refunds.

• Secure payments and the option to pay in 2, 3, or 4 installments with no extra fees.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with the hangtag attached.
