To pick the right size for your women's sportswear (cycling, running, trail), it's super important to go by your actual measurements, not just your usual size.

Grab a flexible tape measure and check these out:
Measure yourself in your underwear, standing up, breathing normally.

1. Chest circumference
Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your chest. Lift your head, pull the tape tight, and breathe normally.

2. Waist
Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your belly button. Keep your head up, pull the tape snugly, and breathe normally.

3. Hips
Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips, keeping your feet together.
