f you wear the bibshort during your period, we recommend rinsing the pad under cold water to remove excess flow. Then, wash your bibshort as usual in the machine at 30°C, do not tumble dry, and avoid using fabric softener.

We advise keeping the chamois pad attached during washing to prevent damage.

For better durability, we also recommend washing the bibshort inside a laundry bag.
