f you wear the bibshort during your period, we recommend rinsing the pad under cold water to remove any excess flow. Then, wash your bibshort as usual at 30°C, do not tumble dry, and avoid using fabric softeners.

For best results, keep the chamois pad attached during washing to prevent damage.

To prolong the life of your bibshort, we suggest washing it inside a laundry bag.
